This program has been targeted for 13-18 year old teenagers.
Video resources and lesson pdfs for all 8 lessons will be available similar to the example lesson once you have signed up for a free account.
A lesson is made up of 3 elements designed for a typical lesson length. It includes:
-Pre video reflection/discussion
-5-10 minute video
-Post video reflection/discussion.

Yes this resource has the flexibility to be used in a variety of contexts.
Each episode is created to be stand alone. However as a whole the topics do build on one another. It’s encouraged to complete them sequentially and as a whole set.
